This is a burgundy style wine, it has got very delicate, fine, fresh aroma of butter and pear. A full rich taste with a gentle acidity and long mineral aftertaste. We have taken the time to produce this wine – the alcoholic fermentation was followed by a malolactic fermentation. Then the wine had matured in our cellar for several months. About one tenth of the batch was vinified in oak barrels (barrique). Followed by a very gentle filtration, the wine was bottled with a very low amount of sulfur added about 7 months after harvesting. The purpose was to make this wine fuller-bodied, rounded and delicate.
