The wine is made in “sur-lie” style, which reflects also the color - lightly gold. The aroma is very elegant with flower tones and fine fruit notes of pear and lemon. This is a lighter wine with typical characteristics of this variety; higher acidity nicely balanced with residual sugar.
This wine, after fermentation, had maturated 6 months on the yeast sediment.
